Admissions and Forms
All students are welcome to apply to UIC regardless of their citizenship or residency status. Residency status is not a factor that is considered in admission. However, tuition rates differ for in-state residents and out-of-state residents. Some non-citizen students are eligible for in-state tuition. Information concerning eligibility can be found under In-State Residency for Tuition Purposes.
